Aromatherapy / Massage
I completed a couple of courses coverning Anatomy, Physiology & Body Massage, Aromatherapy and Reflex Zone Therapy at the White Rose School of Beauty & Therapies, Huddersfield in 1993.
Apart from occasional sessions with family, that's as far as I took it.
Just recently, I hit upon the "3D System" of Essential Ouil use for general wellbeing. This will be discussed on a separate page.
